Lockwood Facebook Group

Lockwood Chase Neighborhood FB group is a communications tool for Lockwood Chase residents. Share your homeowner experiences, ask questions regarding home improvements, post late-breaking news or events, upload photos, post safety alerts, and more.

It is a closed group, open only to Lockwood residents. You can ask to join the group by going to www.facebook.com/groups/LockwoodChaseNeighborhood and clicking on Join Group in the top-right corner. You will then have to wait for the Group Admin (Barb Peterson) to approve your request.

Once you are a member you can post content. Please be courteous in your postings.

Lockwood Email Notification List

If you are on the Lockwood Resident list (compiled from information provided by you on your Annual LCA Dues Payment form) and have provided a contact email address, that email has automatically been put on the Lockwood Email Notification List and will receive timely updates on Lockwood happenings.

LCA Documents

The following documents are in PDF format. You will need the Adobe Reader, which you can download free from the Adobe site.

All architectural changes (e.g., fences, pools, additions, sheds, etc.) must be submitted to the Homeowners Association for approval. Please follow the preceding link to download the form. Drop off 3 copies of the completed request form plus any additional materials to a current board member. Approval will come from the board president.

Note: Requests should be submitted 3 weeks prior to commencing work to provide the board adequate time for review and follow-up with the requestor.

If You Are Moving Out of Lockwood…

Residents moving out of Lockwood, Resale Certificates are required if you plan to sell your home. A Resale Certificate costs $150.00. Please email the LCA president, Joe Keefer, at LCA19355@gmail.com if you are in need of one. You can also download a Resale Certificate to fill out and drop off to Joe Keefer or Nancy Hirschle (Treasurer) with your check made payable to Lockwood Community Association. Resale certificate requests should come directly from the current homeowner(s)/seller(s) of the property. The resale cert must be signed by the LCA president or treasurer.
